Hi, I’m Ni Ni, your Holistic Health Coach and biggest cheerleader.
With a Master’s degree in Exercise Science & Nutrition, certifications in Integrative Nutrition, and six years of experience helping people ages 18 to 81 transform their habits, I created this program to help you come home to yourself.
I know what it’s like to feel tired, disconnected, and unsure of where to start.
